All Green Draggon Naturals products are derived from industrial hemp containing ≤0.3% ∆9-THC by dry weight — federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill (7 U.S.C. § 1639o).
Hemp-derived CBD is legal in most US states. We ship nationwide to all states where hemp CBD is legally permitted under federal law.
Our products are third-party lab tested to confirm THC limits and comply with USDA hemp regulations.
CBD derived from hemp is distinct from marijuana and is NOT a controlled substance under federal law when THC content is ≤0.3%

Sales tax rates vary by state and local jurisdiction. All applicable taxes will be calculated and confirmed with you before payment is collected.
Hemp CBD products are generally subject to standard sales/transaction privilege tax in most states.
Hemp CBD is NOT subject to cannabis excise taxes (which apply exclusively to adult-use marijuana in regulated states).
