RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.There are no returns on products. All sales are FINAL. If your bottle is broken upon arrival (lid is cracked, bottle is cracked or shattered) you will ONLY be sent a replacement lid or bottle. If your bottle is cracked or shattered you will need to email us at contact@greendraggonnaturals.com with clear pictures of the damage. We will ship a new bottle at no charge to the customer. If pictures are not clear we reserve the right to not send a replacement. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be issued ONLY replacement. You MUST submit for replacement within 3 days of your delivery. The ingredients are located on the website, please review those before purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify ingredients for allergies, sensitivities and medication interactions. It is the consumers/customers sole responsibility to verify ingredients prior to purchase. The lack of verification prior to purchase will VOID any refund or replacements prior to purchase.

  • All Green Draggon Naturals products are derived from industrial hemp containing ≤0.3% ∆9-THC by dry weight — federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill (7 U.S.C. § 1639o).
  • Hemp-derived CBD is legal in most US states. We ship nationwide to all states where hemp CBD is legally permitted under federal law.
  • Our products are third-party lab tested to confirm THC limits and comply with USDA hemp regulations.
  • CBD derived from hemp is distinct from marijuana and is NOT a controlled substance under federal law when THC content is ≤0.3%

Taxes — What You Pay

  • Sales tax rates vary by state and local jurisdiction. All applicable taxes will be calculated and confirmed with you before payment is collected.
  • Hemp CBD products are generally subject to standard sales/transaction privilege tax in most states.
  • Hemp CBD is NOT subject to cannabis excise taxes (which apply exclusively to adult-use marijuana in regulated states).
