Federal & State Regulations, Taxes & Compliance (LCF Framework)

Legal Status — Federal & Nationwide

  • All Green Draggon Naturals products are derived from industrial hemp containing ≤0.3% ∆9-THC by dry weight — federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill (7 U.S.C. § 1639o).
  • Hemp-derived CBD is legal in most US states. We ship nationwide to all states where hemp CBD is legally permitted under federal law.
  • Our products are third-party lab tested to confirm THC limits and comply with USDA hemp regulations.
  • CBD derived from hemp is distinct from marijuana and is NOT a controlled substance under federal law when THC content is ≤0.3%

Taxes — What You Pay

  • Sales tax rates vary by state and local jurisdiction. All applicable taxes will be calculated and confirmed with you before payment is collected.
  • Hemp CBD products are generally subject to standard sales/transaction privilege tax in most states.
  • Hemp CBD is NOT subject to cannabis excise taxes (which apply exclusively to adult-use marijuana in regulated states).
  • We ensure full tax compliance for your delivery address and confirm all costs transparently.

Purchasing Requirements & Restrictions

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any Green Draggon Naturals product.
  • We ship to all US states where hemp-derived CBD is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Hemp CBD is legal in most US states; however, a small number of states impose additional restrictions. We reserve the right to decline shipment to states with active hemp CBD bans.
  • These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
  • Pregnant and nursing moms please use at your own risk. Consult your doctor if you are not sure.
  • Hemp products may cause a positive drug test result. Use at your own risk if subject to drug testing
